Privacy Notice

This notice covers the information collected through this waitlist page. It is intentionally short because, at this stage, Delivra only collects what's needed to run the waitlist and founding-pilot onboarding — a full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement covering the live product (including client/end-customer messaging data) will be published before general availability.

What we collect

Your name, business name, business type, email address, and WhatsApp Business number, when you submit the waitlist form.
Basic technical data (such as browser type and referring page) collected automatically by our hosting and form providers.

How we use it

To contact you about your place on the waitlist, founding-pilot onboarding, and product updates relevant to Delivra.
To understand demand — for example, how many salons versus clinics have signed up — so we can prioritize onboarding order.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Waitlist submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form backend, and delivered to Delivra's team email. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit and storage on their platform.

Your choices

Email hello@pingfire.app at any time to be removed from the waitlist and have your submitted information deleted.
Every email we send includes a way to stop hearing from us.

Looking ahead

Once Delivra is live, messaging data for your own clients (appointment details, consent records, message logs) will be governed by a separate, more detailed policy aligned with India's DPDP Act and covering retention periods for each data type. That policy will be linked from this page before general availability.
