Setup fee waived (normally $499–$1,299). Monthly base starts from day one ($149–$299/mo depending on volume) plus a per-appointment fee only when PingFire books a job.
What if I have an answering service?
PingFire complements answering services by catching calls they miss. Many pilots use both in parallel.
Is this TCPA compliant?
Yes. A2P 10DLC registered, quiet hours enforced (8 AM–9 PM, state-adjusted), opt-out included, consent ledger maintained.
